Sally Kittredge Reeves' book, Legacy of a Century, is the history of the first 100 years of the Academy of the Sacred Heart in New Orleans and was originally published in 1987. It was published again in the fall of 1999 to commemorate the bicentennial of the founding of the Society of the Sacred Heart in 1800.
